Warehouse District

Located at 820 SW Adams Street in the heart of the new Warehouse District, WORKflow Peoria boasts the character of it’s late 19th century foundations and the features of a 21st century office space. With the help of building owner Dennis Slape (www.dennisslape.com), WORKflow has built out the first 2,500 square feet of the lower level of this historic building. As WORKflow grows, an additional 3,000 square feet is available for expansion.

Originally a harness maker’s shop, 820 SW Adams now bears the name La Ville de Maille in honor of the name of the original French settlement on the banks of the Illinois River where Peoria now stands. From those humble beginnings, La Ville de Maille also served as a pot belly stove company, a warehouse for Hiram Walker Whiskey (during Prohibition), and the Biggins Label Company.

WORKflow currently has space for 5 full time and 3 Active WORKflow members as well as 3 part time members. Expansion will provided for as many as 5 additional full time members ensuring that WORKflow can grow as the Warehouse District grows.

Memberships at WORKflow start at $100 per month. Contact us at info@workflowpeoria.com for more information.
